REFUND POLICY

All service fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Work is considered started immediately upon receipt of client information, document submission, or initiation of application preparation, formatting, review, or filing process.

Due to the nature of administrative and document preparation services, no refunds will be issued for any reason once processing has started, including but not limited to approval, denial, delay, or any decision made by government agencies, courts, embassies, or third-party institutions.

Clients acknowledge that outcomes are determined solely by the receiving agencies and are outside of our control. Payment is for professional time, preparation, and administrative services rendered—not for guaranteed results.
